The abstract elements of this show including masks, modern music, and an eight foot Motel sign prompted me to light this show metaphorically. The intensity of the light was a direct representation of the intensity of destruction occurring on stage. The motel sign also played a major roll in this piece by pulsating and chasing to music that accompanied the choreographed rage and wreckage of the motel room.
